Before the next group
We train five or six people at a time, because someone from our side sits in on each new manager's first client calls. If the current group is full, this is what to read in the meantime. It makes the interview shorter and gets you working sooner.
The reading
Everything here is public. Nothing is behind a form, and the form at the bottom is there so we can tell you when a place opens, not to make you fill it in first.
The work itself, named. Open a few areas and read the lines inside. This is the queue you would work from, and the standard list a client is shown.
The four lines a manager does not cross, and why we publish them before anything else. If any of the four feels like a limitation rather than a relief, this role is not the right one.
